Cancelling an Appointment


We understand that unplanned issues can  come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment-date and time, to avoid cancellation fees*.


Our doctor & aesthetician want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. Although we always had a cancellation policy, circumstances have caused us to enforce a policy of charging for those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours and also for no-shows. A no-show is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment.


As of May 2018 there will be an automatic *Cancellation charge fee of $35.00 for any esthetic appointment 30 minutes or less. For any doctor appointments or esthetic appointment greater than 30 minutes, an automatic cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.



Client’s who prepaid for Package Deals

Clients who have prepaid for package deals, who's appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours as well as, no-show appointments will automatically be deducted the treatment that was scheduled from their package. 


late Arrivals

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call or text Haven to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your treatment service. If you show up late your appointment service time may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this should happen, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment time you risk the chance of your appointment being cancelled and a missed appointment fee will be charged to your account. Missed appointment fee, will be considered as a no-show and the same fee above will be applied to your credit card.

 

In an effort to help you avoid cancellation or no-show charges, Haven Medical Spa offers the option of providing you either text or email reminders prior to an appointment. Please do not rely solely on our software to provide these reminders as it still remains your responsibility to remember your appointment. If you do not receive our emails or texts, please ensure we have a correct email address or cell phone on file.
